  6. determine, do dial-on-demand.  This is not a big deal for me, but it is
  7. something to consider.  It may be that it really <does> and I don't have it
  8. set up to do that (difficult to do that setup without the book, which
  9. hasn't arrived yet :-)

  11. Then again, TRUMPET WINSOCK internal SLIP claimed to support it but it
  12. didn't work right (launch a client and it dials, but the client immediately
  13. bitches about being unable to resolve a hostname and you have to start over
  14. anyway).
